His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah has consented to the establishment of the 'Special Operations Command', as the Command and Control Centre that will coordinate special operations between the RBAF Special Forces Regiment as the Tier One Force and Tier Two Special Forces in the RBAF units.

His Majesty made the titah in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces 65th Anniversary Celebration, 31st May morning.

His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala as by His grace, they can together celebrate the Royal Brunei Armed Forces 65th Anniversary.
